Founded in 2002, Qingdao Hanfei Headwear & Garment Co., Ltd. started as a Sino-Korean joint venture and has now developed into an independent export enterprise. Our factory covers an area of approximately 25,000 square meters, and we specialize in the production and export of a wide range of headwear and knitted caps, including baseball caps, flat-brimmed caps, sun hats, military caps, bucket hats, knitted caps, as well as scarves and headbands.
We offer customized design and manufacturing services, tailoring products to customers' specific requirements or using materials provided by them. Equipped with advanced and efficient production lines spanning the entire process from sewing and embroidery to packaging, we have also established a rigorous quality control system to oversee every production stage. At present, we have a team of over 500 skilled workers, boasting an annual production capacity of more than 10 million hats and an output value exceeding RMB 100 million in 2025.
With years of overseas market layout, we have set up a new factory in Bangladesh, and we are committed to ensuring the timely delivery of every customer order. We have partnered with numerous international brands for many years and have passed factory audits conducted by a host of well-known international apparel brands to date. The majority of our products are exported to all parts of the world, including the United States, Japan, South Korea, Australia and various European countries.
